To be a survivor–first you must bleed. You bleed all that was inside of you: the pain, the memories, the fear, the wounds fusing together, the ties to what was in, all its forms. You bleed not once but several times.. And when you are empty, you either fade into a shadow or find the strength, and courage to live. When you stand up again, you are for a time, hollow–empty, like a bottle of beer lying on the street, cracked and reeking of its bitter contents. Then you fill yourself up with the new, your recreate yourself–you reform. You don’t have the same heart or mind. The way you see the world is forever changed.

Our Journey-part 2

Everyone has a personality purpose, a soul purpose and a Spirit purpose.Purpose expresses who we are in a way that contributes to what we are part of. We must express who we are as a personality in a way that benefits others around us. That involves using our abilities, our skills, our talents and anything that we have as a physical, emotional and mental being. Doing so fulfills our life purpose.

The purpose of life can be stated as creating consciousness. Consciousness is that place where the oneness of life and personality/form come together and merge. It is only in consciousness that sou becomes aware of itself as matter, and matter becomes aware of itself as oneness. This self-awareness is the fruit of the creation of consciousness. The purposes of our soul and personality are unique ways we participate in the grander scheme of life.

The fundamental cause of everything in our life is soul and all healing must be accomplished through soul. Beneath all surface troubles, soul exists as an untroubled reality. The soul is always at peace. Much of the focus in this program is about how to think like a soul and how to be the soul.

Today, we tend to view the world in which we live from mechanistic, scientific, analytical and physical perspectives. When we do this, we engage our senses without involving the soul. We therefore remain on the surface of cause and effect relationships, and give away the power of controlling our own lives and loves to external forces. We thus find ourselves increasingly disconnected from the world and others, and increasingly afraid of close encounters and intimate connections.

We take a spiritual journey when we respond as individuals to the universal presence. In this journey, we discover our uniqueness and become authentically who we are.

We all want to make a lasting difference in the world and in our private lives. To achieve this, we must do so from a higher level than personality life. This higher level is soul life, our essence.

Our Journey- part 1

We are all on the soul journey. It initially starts as instinct and is unconscious to us. We develop our bodies and ego until we experience a major paradigm shift in our lives. This awakening can occur at any time when we are ready to find more meaning and purpose. This shift involves living our life from the inner need to express the love that is our essence, the soul within.

There is only one true journey, the soul journey. The journey is not about information and knowledge, positive mental attitude or basic awareness. Instead it is about trust, intuition, self-healing, creativity, expression, purpose, universal laws and spirituality. The journey is about becoming and expressing your essence.

Whether we call it following our spiritual journey, or living a more meaningful and loving life, it is all about responding to the basic impulse that draws us to becoming more conscious and compassionate. Let your Soul's Journey be your guide as you expand in consciousness and make a difference in your life and the lives of others.

We all want to make a difference and to know our life has been worthwhile. But we cannot make a lasting difference at home and in the world unless we do so from a higher level of consciousness than personality life. This higher level is soul life, our essence.
