I am a soul returning close to the single authentic source threading the path of mysticism in the occurrence of a combined peace, joy, compassion or love. My agony between competing forces of light and dark, and positive marked division between the material kingdom, the administration of evil forces, and the higher spiritual kingdom from which it is divided. My words may seem to confuse and unclear, at the same time over-simplified and full of subtle meanings hidden from the naive.

My words are very easy to know, and easy to practice; but there is none in the world who can recognize and capable of practice them.
A dimensional fluctuation amid one construction of reality to another. I am crossed a path by sin, shame, remorse.
Repentance, awareness of lower-self attachments and dervishes giving up the thoughts and behaviors is now the necessity for reinstating unity and grace.
Mortification and dejection, defamation and allegation, abundant lives breathed, none could grasp me and in this way my voyage demands further obligation.
My ancestry and individuality is of free spirit. I question if this is a joy. The joy is of mankind shuns and Almighty embraces. That is the joy in the departure from the material release. (2009)

"Religious truth is the inner meaning of the law revealed in the heart of the Sufi by the Divine Light."

In terms of the Ultimate Reality or Truth, I have now come to reject the very basis of "manifestation" and in doing so all systems of thought and knowledge in reference to it is invalid

According to my experience there is nothing to understand about enlightenment as enlightenment is the way of enlightenment itself.

The subject of enlightenment – or anything else – did not interest me all my life ………….. My life-story can be separated into the three catastrophe parts. The first part of my life with Human experience. The second part of my life experienced a Bodily experience with a discontinuity from my human life with the ongoing bodily experience – though not absence – of thought. But I lost all connectivity with the acquired knowledge and memories, and I was made to re-learn everything, as if the slate had been wiped clean.

Be the Change- Be yourself

To be a leader you have to lead yourself first. This is one of the trademarks of true Leaders. Every time you’re with someone who manages himself/herself perfectly under any circumstances you know you’re talking someone big. It’s hard to resist responding back to a bad intentioned comment, or rude words, and it’s even harder if you’re in a position to lead, where it’s easy to be prey of your ego.

It’s difficult to connect with your values and elaborate the most appropiate answer to respond in certain circumstances. But you have to do that in order to become a great leader. Read that again: to become a GREAT LEADER. I’m not talking about being a leader only, but a great one. The higher your expectations, the higher you’ll get.

I’ll share with you a couple of things you should manage in the best possible way in order to lead yourself.

Handle Your Emotions

Sometimes it’s Ok to show your emotions and express your feelings freely to let your team know who you are and how you feel. But there are times when not showing your emotions is the right thing to do. Specially when showing your emotions lowers your team morale or affects them badly.

The key is to think if showing your emotions will be good for your team or not. That means, you have to be “big enough” to consider your team before you consider yourself.

Manage Your Time

To become a great leader you need to manage your time. A day has only 24 hours, you can’t put anymore time in it. So, if you a have a really tight schedule, you should start considering to stop doing the less valuable things of your agenda, and passing that tasks to someone who can help you. The other way is simply stop doing the less important things in your life. Remember, a day has only 24 hours, you can’t strecht it. It’s fixed.

LEADERSHIP ACTIONS

1. Commit yourself to wait at least a couple of seconds before responding to anything, in that way you will have a chance to not answer the first thing that comes up to your mind. And you will show “self-control”. This is specially useful in complex situations. 2. Take a look at your agenda and try to delegate, better yet, eliminate activities that suck up your time, and energy.

Don’t forget: To be a leader you have to lead yourself first. And by the way, I think it’s easier to juggle. ;)

Be Alert, Be A Leader. :)

Be a Leader Yourself..

www.lifeinastance.com

Life in a Stance is all about being yourself..
One of the most important leadership skills is motivating people.

In simple words they show how leaders must motivate from the top down in order to be effective.

I’ve picked up 10 simple ways to motivate others :

1. Know Where Motivation Comes From. First of all you should recognize this.
Motivation comes from within. The key here is that good managers get people to motivate themselves.
They manage agreements, not people.

2. Tune In Before You Turn On.
This simple advice works wonders!! In order for leaders to be heard, they must first listen. Shut your mouth.
Listen, and then speak. Listen, and then speak.

3. Give Feedback.
To reach great highs, people require constant feedback. Achievement needs feedback.
If you deprive people of feedback, you make them create their own. They start to figure
things out in the wrong way, and that certainly is not good.

4. Lead from the Front (or Walk the Talk).
Be the first to volunteer if you want volunteers, be the first to help customers if you want people to help customers.
Leaders can motivate being an example for their teams.

5. Tell the Truth Quickly.
Leaders don’t hold the truth, instead they’re faster in telling the truth. In that way they foster trust and confidence with their team.

6. Know Your Purpose.
Remember about vision. A good leader, knows why he’s doing what he does, and what to expect from his/her team. A good leader always helps his/her team
to keep focus on the vision.

7. Do the Worst First.

Show your team what the priorities are, and if the worst has to be done, do it first. After that, everything will seem easier.

8. Know Your People’s Strengths.
Enhancing a person’s positive attributes allows him to use more of his potential.

9. To Motivate Your People, First Just Relax.
If you’re nervous and tense, that may lead to poor performance and will affect other people as well. Strive to be calm
and confident.

10. Give Up Being Right.
Sometimes you have to show you know you won’t be right all the time. That’s one of the hallmarks of strong leaders.
LEADERSHIP ACTIONS

Take 1 out of the ten actions NOW and do it.
Repeat until you’ve done all ten in the above list.

Live For The Moment

To live in the moment or now means to be conscious, aware and in the present with all of your senses. It means to not think about or dwell on the past, nor be anxious or worry about the future.

When we give our attention to the present, or now, we focus on the task at hand. We give our full attention to what we are doing and we let go of outcomes.

Seizing each moment in our lives allows us to prolong its value and make it more meaningful. Rather than seeking quantity of time, when we live in the moment we enjoy and savor every minute. We don't sacrifice quality for quantity.

Of course, it doesn't mean that we don't have plans, set goals or prepare for the future. We can do all of those things and still enjoy each moment as it unfolds.

For instance if we have set a goal to exercise each day, we would carry on with it while we enjoy the actual process or moment of exercising (or at least be in the moment of it).

When we train ourselves to live in each moment, we immerse ourselves in it and begin to discover the beauty of it. We learn to focus and manage our energy. Professional athletes understand and use this kind of focus very well. They know that accomplishment and success are a result of the skillful management and balancing of energy.

To make every moment count we must embrace it. Everything we do and every person we come in contact with deserves our full attention. Even when resting we should savor the moment. It gives us the opportunity to recharge, renew and gain clarity.

Quite often we put huge expectations on ourselves and our lives. We rush to do this, hurry up with that, without actually enjoying the process. What's the rush? Where do we think we're going?

If we don't stop and think about where we're at, we're probably missing the point. Instead, when we appreciate each moment and garner the lessons from it, we live consciously, purposefully and responsibly.

Likewise when we live in the past and don't let go of painful experiences, perceived wrongs or difficult times, we condemn ourselves to a present and future of the same. We must accept that we can't change the past. We can only come to terms with it, know that it's over, and move on.

Living in the moment means letting go of the past and trusting in the future. If we are positive and optimistic in the present, our future will be positive and promising too. We owe it to ourselves to make every moment count - now!

Thank you

Warm Regards
