Another Journey
The path I am is the most painful.. The Divine loves you yet kills you.. makes you feel you are nobody yet i am everything. Its a mystery which cannot be solved by any. Its a journey which is just my journey.. yet I am happy to have this beautiful pain with me as this is my pain yet my happiness, . This is the LIFE and this will be my DEATH too. Yet I have to love as long as I live.. This is the new beginning of another journey.
Love your Death until You come to the end of this journey. Embrace the Death, Trust in your death.. Live your death.. No matter what ??
Is this beautiful.. !! The higher the acceptance of enlightenment.. higher the pain.. My heart is filled with emotions which is beyond the universe as my feelings cannot be held by the heaven or earth. Its a strange pain of happiness and bliss yet fear.. I live at the edge each day as I do not know the order of the Divine the next moment.
A new beginning " Death is your companion ".. Love him, be with him, yet he will be the reason for you to Die.. The gift given is Death, Death is your lover , Death is your companion, Death is your provider, Death is your protector ..Death is your Life now and Death will give you Death in the final..
A beginning of another journey of Love, passion and betrayal... The journey continues..

The Courage
There are many times in our lives that we stop, look at the road ahead, and wonder which direction to go. For centuries scientists, poets, artists and visionaries have come to the same juncture, looking into the abyss of the unknown and searching for that light which will illuminate all of the answers. The success lies in the desire to find these answers, and ultimately make the decisions that will help us lead a long and prosperous life. You come to a point where you feel you have tried to always be the person you are from within. You follow the path which is right and you thru out think you are protected. But you realise the path which is right and positive gives you a lot of pain and agony, as it is the most difficult path to be taken? The wrong or the negative path is always fun and loads of happiness and laughter. You shed all your inhibitions, moral values and dishonesty, at the same time feel its the right or rather the in thing in todays modern society if you want to be in it. I wonder even if we decide to change our thoughts and do things which is against our consious .yet, want to be what a so called modern woman does " will that make us happy and content?" I would love to if it can change my state of mind as i too want to be happy and have a better state of mind, no emotions or feelings, no moral values, its like animals and satisfying your physical need for that very " moment". Its a thought, very hard to decide that we live in a society where the norms and values are not similar to what some of us think. But thou we have all the freedom to do what we please or makes us happy, i dont think that it would feel great the next morning to find oneself in a unknown/ or a so called friends bed. It would feel horrible and will not respect ourself for being a easy lay for any man and sick of our body. One such experience would make a person or me more depressed as most of us are too sensitive because all my life i have thrived to be a amazing wife or a girlfriend but realised that each time i have chosen the wrong man at the right time. Making " love" with passion and emotion is different from having " sex". Its not that a woman has no physical needs. but the more you encounter situations of feeling used you begin to feel lost and disinterested in life as there is no respect, or your emotions are not valued. It feels that one does not fit anywhere in this society. No man needs honesty, loyalty, sincerety or emotions. The moment you are a person with these feelings a man senses "danger". The requirement or the need is for a free sex, as friends, with no attachment or commitment. Its in a simple way "free sex" where if you visit a brothel one will have to pay, rather preach a new living called "modernism" , which is misinterpreted according to what suits the other , yet not feel guilty. It will definetely give momentary pleasure but then , a person who involves in such activity is worst than a sex worker as "God" will support a down trodden woman as she does that for her living or been forced into such activitys against her will. A woman or a man who does it for his/ her pleasure is considered worst than a animal as it is not civilised and cultured. Such sins are not forgiven and one is answerable to "GOD". Thou we are supposed to be non judgemental, yet we should not hurt any one of the either gender as it is a crime committed intentionally. Life is not about living like animals, we are civilised and live in a society where one needs to respect the other persons view. The more you come accross such experiences you begin to lose trust in human and turn towards the divine power to protect you from such experiences and guide you towards the right path. The destination is never as important as the journey. In these very difficult times, we are all looking for answers and looking for ourselves. Beyond the Secret holds the tools to take the idea of what is preached, and puts it into practice in everyday life. That is the time we need to think positive." Power of Positive Thinking" and "The Power of the Divine " is more than just a mantra, it\'s a way of life. It\'s a mind-body awakening, an answer to all of those questions and the path laid before us. All we need to do is unlock the gift that we all have inside and take that journey. It teaches us never hurt anyone of the either gender, respect each others view in life and not give any false/ pretentious promises which is for the moment. As you will be paying for your sins .. as " Mother" will make sure that one pays for every sin commited.. One needs to trust in the divine power tremendously , no matter what you go thru."MOTHER" is always there to protect you, guide you and loves you unconditionally. As every relation is not permanent, the only relation which will last until the end is your connection with the "Divine power".. and "Positive Thinking"..

Our Pain Or our gain...
Text with no feelings is like a body without the soul.. our inner most feelings, grief, sorrow.. felt from within reflects in the writing.. and these emotions are our closest truth. How can one think of selling it ? In my view, or according to me, this is what is Gods will, that pain and sorrow is a part of our knowledge given to us free of cost by nature, we are each given a book by nature which is our book of journey in this lifetime. This is for us to learn and understand the good or the bad that suits us. We adapt our lifestyle based on this book. This book is rich of knowledge, wisdom and insight .. which can be positive or negative. Again we are solely responsible for our acts..as that is our thoughts which leads us towards an act..and those thoughts are purely our true innerself..which is not not imposed by God. God has given us the free will towards thoughts.....our thoughts are purely ours and none of that is imposed by anyone, not even God is responsible for those thoughts.Good or Bad..THIS IS US.. DIVINE OR EVIL.. Our thoughts leads us to the path towards enlightenment.. that is the light which we see, and often speak of .. thats the Divine path. The basic understanding or the foundation to begin this journey is our inner self. Our inner self is the beginning of all our lives destiny. This can lead us to Divine Success or the road towards the dark tunnel where one can never see light. Again our step towards our inner self is First " Love yourself " as if you Love yourself, then you can love the others around you..it beautifies your mind and soul...This is where it is clear that happiness is purely based on our mindset. Vindictive, jealousy, malicious, is the downfall of the enviousAND the victory of the envied ..Whenever you are spoken the most or investigated the mostREMEMBER YOU ARE IMPORTANT.. IF YOU WERE NOT IMPORTANT THEN NONE WOULD WASTE THEIR PRECIOUS TIME ON YOU. AS EVERY MOMENT IS WORTH OUR SHORT TIME ON EARTH. .And lets utilize this free time in something more constructive and beneficial -- towards our well being.. and the betterment of our fellow beings..and fulfill our goals and aspirations.

Survivor
To be a survivor–first you must bleed. You bleed all that was inside of you: the pain, the memories, the fear, the wounds fusing together, the ties to what was in, all its forms. You bleed not once but several times.. And when you are empty, you either fade into a shadow or find the strength, and courage to live. When you stand up again, you are for a time, hollow–empty, like a bottle of beer lying on the street, cracked and reeking of its bitter contents. Then you fill yourself up with the new, your recreate yourself–you reform. You don’t have the same heart or mind. The way you see the world is forever changed.

Life in a stance
Natural generosity is limited by circumstances and relations within our own circle and, outside of these, is often vindictive. Love ignores all limits, by forgiveness. The love of which we speak is not natural, but supernatural. By faith and good works under God's grace, nourished by our Sacraments, - but this love we have toward Him must redound to all His creatures.
By moving from a little metaphor to a big one, The supernatural Power implies that precision in forgiveness is impossible. Leave it to love, and it is not likely to err on the lower side. The true inspiration for fellowship is not law but love. Law is negative:' Love is positive:
When the economy of the West collapses and we find ourselves amidst the ruins of a once-great society (which is in any case), we will all be forced to face a reality which so many of us have chosen to ignore. And it is just this: that our only hope is in supernatural love. At the moment, there are still many across the length and breadth of this nation who are yet to explore or understand what true Love means. The Supernatural Love is condemned and abused by the so called "profounders of true love"..
Through painful life lessons, abusive relationships and everyday obstacles, we discovers our true power. The power to transform, transcend and create our own perfect life; a power i believe is innate in us all. we are all the creators of our own destiny as we can learn to love and accept ourselves deeply, and that we can leave the destructive patterns of the past behind, forever.
we can bridge the gap between spirituality and everyday life, unleash the great healing power that lies buried deep within us so that we too can alter our path, conquer our fears and free our spirit, allowing us to embrace the joys and the serenity of the endless possibilities that lie ahead.
To travel from Childhood to the spiritual journey of humankind. is the path that takes us into true consciousness.Consciousness is not about Religion, but rather a natural spiritual evolvement of human consciousness, the awakening of a sense of unity with life, in its many forms, and oneness between the human and the divine.( This can be understood by the good spirits as the evil can always laugh at the Divine )
True consciousness is the acknowledgement that life is love. Not the egocentric love born of our human nature, but the all-loving, all-knowing and all-powerful love of our divine nature. Once we reach this understanding and exemplify it in our daily life, we live in Spiritual consciousness. You may choose to call it by a different name as for example the name of a Religion..
To master our fears, we need faith, not only faith in God but also faith in ourselves. Faith is a driving force, it is the power that takes us on the path of truth and keeps us on it. As we walk the road toward enlightenment our faith is constantly tested, because what appears to be true of ourselves and of others, strongly differs from what we know is the true reality of humanity. At times, the contrast between the two is so striking that our faith is shaken to its core.
No matter how dark it gets, the true reality of darkness is light, and our determination to bring light forth must not flounder.
Even if I knew deep within my soul that life was meant to be lived in joy, peace and harmony, it certainly appeared to be lived mostly in discord, selfishness and distress. I could not accept this imperfect world as the true reality of life, but had no concrete proof that my vision of a different world and a better life was correct. In fact, my faith in perfection seemed pretty naïve. But my apparently naïve faith also made me indestructible for, no matter what came my way, I kept my faith alive, thou I was a success in all that I have achieved in my career... I always trusted that my questions would be answered, that I would know happiness was there, that I would achieve perfection and find peace.
To better myself became a priority, an integral part of my day-to-day activities.
My Spiritual journey is not taken for achieving my goals, as I have achieved the materialistic wants beyond measures. My career and my day to day living is not my path to spiritualism.
The reason, I found out that seemingly insignificant exchanges that took place during the course of my journey could hold important clues about my behavior patterns. I scrutinized everything I did, every word I said, and I did not let myself get away with any improper behavior. For instance, if a problem arose in a friendship, I placed the focus on my own behavior rather than blaming the other person. I thought about the problem until its cause became clear to me, and then I tried to change my behavior or if i knew that i was not the cause , I chose to find new ways to keep the friendship healthy yet at a distance.
I did not let go of any situation until I felt that I had done everything I could to understand and improve it. My mind was sharp and active and I was always extremely observant and analytical. And my friends, colleagues or simple acquaintances often come to me for advice, which I dispensed willingly. People were drawn to confide in me because they trusted my confidence, they knew I listened and they recognized that I gave sound advices. I responded to them because I realized that I had an acute sensitivity that allowed me to see people clearly. I was able to do this, not only because it is easier to see clearly in a situation when one stands outside of it, but also because I could connect with the energy of everyone involved in the matter, and sense the truth behind their actions or reactions. With time, I knew that most people repeatedly lied to themselves and consequently to others, and lived in emotional and mental jails. Jails with walls that they were building wider every day, until they were left with so little room to breathe, that either they found a way to escape or died emotionally, spiritually and even physically. However, I did not realize that it was through my own sensitivity that I received certain insights that presented me with the solution for the dilemmas of others. I sincerely thought that what was obvious to me was obvious to everyone. Perhaps most importantly, I did not know how to discern when it was appropriate to speak the truth as I saw it, and when it was necessary to keep quiet. Consequently, I often ended up alienating myself from the very people I meant to help.
For the most part, people were neither ready nor willing to hear what I said to them, and they ended up resenting me for bringing certain issues to their attention. Because they would not accept certain truths about themselves, they kept on creating similar hurtful situations. The friends that kept going back to their abusive boyfriend, because of the fear to be alone or because abusive love was the only love she recognized, did not want to stop the circle of abuse. She did not accept that she had the power to change the circumstances of her life because she had grown comfortable feeling sorry for herself …
Looking back, I realize that I was led mostly through the power of my mind while the qualities of my heart, such as temperance and compassion, were not very developed in me then. I was also fighting my own issues and it did take me many years before I would be able to know and accept my own truths, and my expressing compassion toward others was something I was born with... I had a lot of work to do on myself.
One of the reasons we experience so much disappointment is that our perception of success is false. We are fast to grade people's successes or failures according to external displays of riches or physical beauty. Many believe that happiness depends on possessing these attributes and our society admires rich, successful and handsome people, without having any clue as to their true character. God is bombarded with requests for money, lovers, slim bodies and other self-gratifying desires, and I too asked for all of the above thinking them to be keys to happiness. Here Let me Clarify that, I am not suggesting that it is wrong to have such desires or that addressing one's spirituality entails a life of poverty, loneliness and homeliness; not at all. Prosperity, love and beauty are divine qualities that we are intended to create for ourselves. However, I feel that it is best that they not be an objective, but rather a result of our efforts to know and better ourselves. The more connected we are to the divine, the more our desires will come true for us.
In addition, because of the many changes, the seeker of truth ,undergoes a lot along the way, the beginning of the journey may not be favorable to personal relationships. Friendships and marriage may be dissolved and new relationships difficult to maintain. During our quest for truth, we are confronted by our fears and conquering them may require our undivided attention for a while, leaving very little room for the needs of others, even for those we dearly love. This does not mean that we can ignore our responsibilities, but rather that we must prioritize and let go of the "nonnecessities" that clutter our lives and rob us of our energy and time. Furthermore, as we progress and start overcoming some of our fears, certain qualities that were within us reawaken, and we slowly grow into a different personality. Those who witness the changes we undergo are subliminally reminded of the personal journey they themselves need to take in order to fight their own fears.
Consequently, they may feel threatened by our success and find it difficult adjusting to our "new" self. They may not be able to acknowledge that we have changed or they may even reject who we have become. Every change and revelation produces new initiations not only for us but also for all those who are a part of our life. At the beginning, I imagined my spiritual awakening not so much as a path but as a ladder, which gave me the opportunity to ascend from the abyss of Human imperfection into the heights of divine perfection..Our consciousness being full of untruths, fearful emotions and prejudices, we are so removed from the spiritual realities of life that externalizing spiritual truths in ourselves and in the manner we interrelate with others takes a long time,

relationship
Do you have great love chemistry with your partner? When in love, you experience a variety of emotions. At times, love makes your spirit soar with happiness. At other times, falling in love can bring negative emotions such as jealousy. Then there are times when love treats you like a doormat. But that is the beauty of love. You have to live the experience to know what love is?

Nothing happens without a reason.
“Nothing happens without a reason . . . there are no coincidences in the universe . . . the universe is always giving clues to those who understand. You need only to open the eyes of your heart to see miracles all around.” . It was the illumination of the heart by the heart with “The Heart”, with the divine light and guidance.
Why the heart? What synchronicity . . . perhaps synchronicity is a quantum event of the heart! I became extremely aware of the synchronistic relationship between mind, body, heart and spirit.
I got my answer. The Infinite chose me . . . I felt humbled and grateful. What else is there to say? I found eternal abundance and bliss in the wealth of that moment. I felt connected with something greater than myself. The defining moment which makes all the difference in the world around you . . . call it the most transforming moment of my life. I realized why I was put on this planet!
My heart instantly knew what my mind was trying to grasp for years. I found in that instant “my calling”, my goal in life, the glimpses of a higher-self, that I have been seeing in fragments all my life. I found my truth. My journey had begun but my search was over.
The essence of any religion is not worshipping, rituals or chanting, it is more of finding the path. It is unfolding of one’s own unique quest of an inner personal relationship with the divine . . . it is the catching of the “Unseen” in its own splendor; it is knowing the mystical peak or the dawning of heart’s wisdom. It is the understanding of the working of the “Invisible” force and accepting life as it unfolds, like a child, in complete surrender, without the use of intellect. The ultimate reality cannot be described or comprehended in terms of common language or in scientific terms.
I found my truth, my true religion, the religion of mankind and the glue that holds the world together. I realized the power of Consciousness with its dual aspects, static and active. The active sends out its vibrations though it hides its identity from our perception behind the form it creates. I found my answer. It was a call from Beyond. It was a mystical clue, not a random occurrence but an invitation of forming a personal relationship with this Unseen Power, a synchronistically significant coincidence that was a clear message from the non-local realm, which made Itself visible, and was telling me to give this message to the world.
It was a message of the “Heart” by the “Heart” to everyone , from the Universal love Itself.
Even in the writing of this , it will be more accurate to say: “It is writing itself ” I became a conduit in the hands of an Unseen Power. The words were handed out to me in spells and sometimes 17 hours at a stretch. It changed my life in a way that I cannot express in words.
This unseen source steers me through times when I start to stumble or when I try to put my little ego-self into it. I realized why I was put on this planet and that was the day when my whole life fell into place, in sync with my divine destiny. I felt as if I was in one with the same power that holds the cosmos together, when things happen, not of your own doing but through another invisible power, some unseen intelligence. I had to wait a lifetime to write this or rather to become the person who could today.
I wanted to shout at the top of my voice:
Heart is the seat of Consciousness. We have the power within us to awaken and reshape our minds and stir the same within our fellow human beings. . . . we are tied and bound together at the heart level in unity, peace and harmony . . . and this is my humble message from the bottom of my heart.

Be the Change- Be yourself
To be a leader you have to lead yourself first. This is one of the trademarks of true Leaders. Every time you’re with someone who manages himself/herself perfectly under any circumstances you know you’re talking someone big. It’s hard to resist responding back to a bad intentioned comment, or rude words, and it’s even harder if you’re in a position to lead, where it’s easy to be prey of your ego.
It’s difficult to connect with your values and elaborate the most appropiate answer to respond in certain circumstances. But you have to do that in order to become a great leader. Read that again: to become a GREAT LEADER. I’m not talking about being a leader only, but a great one. The higher your expectations, the higher you’ll get.
I’ll share with you a couple of things you should manage in the best possible way in order to lead yourself.
Handle Your Emotions
Sometimes it’s Ok to show your emotions and express your feelings freely to let your team know who you are and how you feel. But there are times when not showing your emotions is the right thing to do. Specially when showing your emotions lowers your team morale or affects them badly.
The key is to think if showing your emotions will be good for your team or not. That means, you have to be “big enough” to consider your team before you consider yourself.
Manage Your Time
To become a great leader you need to manage your time. A day has only 24 hours, you can’t put anymore time in it. So, if you a have a really tight schedule, you should start considering to stop doing the less valuable things of your agenda, and passing that tasks to someone who can help you. The other way is simply stop doing the less important things in your life. Remember, a day has only 24 hours, you can’t strecht it. It’s fixed.
LEADERSHIP ACTIONS
1. Commit yourself to wait at least a couple of seconds before responding to anything, in that way you will have a chance to not answer the first thing that comes up to your mind. And you will show “self-control”. This is specially useful in complex situations. 2. Take a look at your agenda and try to delegate, better yet, eliminate activities that suck up your time, and energy.
Don’t forget: To be a leader you have to lead yourself first. And by the way, I think it’s easier to juggle.
Be Alert, Be A Leader.

Be a Leader Yourself..
www.lifeinastance.com
Life in a Stance is all about being yourself..
One of the most important leadership skills is motivating people.
In simple words they show how leaders must motivate from the top down in order to be effective.
I’ve picked up 10 simple ways to motivate others :
1. Know Where Motivation Comes From. First of all you should recognize this.
Motivation comes from within. The key here is that good managers get people to motivate themselves.
They manage agreements, not people.
2. Tune In Before You Turn On.
This simple advice works wonders!! In order for leaders to be heard, they must first listen. Shut your mouth.
Listen, and then speak. Listen, and then speak.
3. Give Feedback.
To reach great highs, people require constant feedback. Achievement needs feedback.
If you deprive people of feedback, you make them create their own. They start to figure
things out in the wrong way, and that certainly is not good.
4. Lead from the Front (or Walk the Talk).
Be the first to volunteer if you want volunteers, be the first to help customers if you want people to help customers.
Leaders can motivate being an example for their teams.
5. Tell the Truth Quickly.
Leaders don’t hold the truth, instead they’re faster in telling the truth. In that way they foster trust and confidence with their team.
6. Know Your Purpose.
Remember about vision. A good leader, knows why he’s doing what he does, and what to expect from his/her team. A good leader always helps his/her team
to keep focus on the vision.
7. Do the Worst First.
Show your team what the priorities are, and if the worst has to be done, do it first. After that, everything will seem easier.
8. Know Your People’s Strengths.
Enhancing a person’s positive attributes allows him to use more of his potential.
9. To Motivate Your People, First Just Relax.
If you’re nervous and tense, that may lead to poor performance and will affect other people as well. Strive to be calm
and confident.
10. Give Up Being Right.
Sometimes you have to show you know you won’t be right all the time. That’s one of the hallmarks of strong leaders.
LEADERSHIP ACTIONS
Take 1 out of the ten actions NOW and do it.
Repeat until you’ve done all ten in the above list.
Remember Be Alert, Be A Leader

Live For The Moment
To live in the moment or now means to be conscious, aware and in the present with all of your senses. It means to not think about or dwell on the past, nor be anxious or worry about the future.
When we give our attention to the present, or now, we focus on the task at hand. We give our full attention to what we are doing and we let go of outcomes.
Seizing each moment in our lives allows us to prolong its value and make it more meaningful. Rather than seeking quantity of time, when we live in the moment we enjoy and savor every minute. We don't sacrifice quality for quantity.
Of course, it doesn't mean that we don't have plans, set goals or prepare for the future. We can do all of those things and still enjoy each moment as it unfolds.
For instance if we have set a goal to exercise each day, we would carry on with it while we enjoy the actual process or moment of exercising (or at least be in the moment of it).
When we train ourselves to live in each moment, we immerse ourselves in it and begin to discover the beauty of it. We learn to focus and manage our energy. Professional athletes understand and use this kind of focus very well. They know that accomplishment and success are a result of the skillful management and balancing of energy.
To make every moment count we must embrace it. Everything we do and every person we come in contact with deserves our full attention. Even when resting we should savor the moment. It gives us the opportunity to recharge, renew and gain clarity.
Quite often we put huge expectations on ourselves and our lives. We rush to do this, hurry up with that, without actually enjoying the process. What's the rush? Where do we think we're going?
If we don't stop and think about where we're at, we're probably missing the point. Instead, when we appreciate each moment and garner the lessons from it, we live consciously, purposefully and responsibly.
Likewise when we live in the past and don't let go of painful experiences, perceived wrongs or difficult times, we condemn ourselves to a present and future of the same. We must accept that we can't change the past. We can only come to terms with it, know that it's over, and move on.
Living in the moment means letting go of the past and trusting in the future. If we are positive and optimistic in the present, our future will be positive and promising too. We owe it to ourselves to make every moment count - now!
Thank you
Warm Regards
