As I was reading the varied comments on my note on black magic (

First my gratitude to Shahzad Bhai, Thanks for the intellect comment of " lack privacy, politeness and Love" . Fawad Bhai Kindly know that I am in no way offending you neither teaching any. I am grateful and also thank You for your interest in the note. Kindly do not take this personally.. but being a person who has always spoken my mind loud I once again would like to make my point clear on the similar...

Someone needed to tell few to stop counselling another. I suppose I have been doing it all this period and happy to see another individual rise up for the right in a precise yet polite manner.. Keep it up as that's the accurate way. It's better we stop asking second to be like different. Each one has their own individuality. and this is our identification. Where I stand today is not by being a part of any Silsila or any teacher.

Experience is been my schooling and God is been my teacher. I have been of the view that each one follows your own course towards reaching the Divine. Never be judgemental as everyone has an event of their life path, which leads them towards the varied station. When we start judging and analysing. We are withering our time and the one who we are judging has gone towards another location.

I have not followed anyone although simple basics of universal law, which applies to each of us regardless of Religion , and God has been kind and welcomed with open arms with my cracks. It's a clear sign that what mankind judge and degrade God accepts them.

Being a mystic I have a mind of my own, and if I need to alter my life in any manner it will be the will of Allah. Giving me any advice is futile as I have long back stopped taking varied ideas. I suppose I lack ritualistic knowledge. However, I can be an excellent guide to the conventional who is yet in search of enlightenment. Visions, insight and the power to heal is not given by any humane teacher rather an attribute from god. Learning varied structures is been the training of the supernatural with struggle and grief. Nothing is received in a platter.

Can one define the style of god's coaching, which is unusual from the usual? I was opted vacant with zero know how, The bad girl to many judgmental. My mum used to tell my friends " Ask her to do Namaz and read the Quran". However, I was an unworried woman as to me life was to live with my concepts. Until one fine day things altered.

This daylight I am taught the Quran, Veda to the Old Testament. I am a clairvoyant, the mastery of Tantras to the mantras to the Sura to the Sutras, , or the sacred approach of Sufi Islamic way of healing. The difference between the good and the evil. The path of the righteous in the substance and the paranormal realms. The do"s and the don't. The Devanagiri to the Celtic , Holy Scriptures and the Traditions, Spirituality to the Religion, Astrology to numerology, The mystical language of the divine to the symbolic understanding of signs. Spiritual beauty and truth of the Divine Light...

THE MYTH OR THE MIRACLE ?

The verses from the Precise to the direction towards the path.. The limits to the barrier. I am the attendant of God in his organization. My Coaching is, however, on, in God coaching style.

The white to the dark and back to the light is been my travel everyday.. warding off black magic and capture the evil is been a way of life to grace for luck. I heal all religious origin and proud of my religion too. I heal and speak to one and all according to their faith. My healing has no religion. Quran is been my navigator and Veda's is been my passage, Bible is been my reconciliation rotate.

The strong forces who are my strength in the painful path is my mother ( Religious with 5-time prayers ), Len Leaper ( Christian ) with constant support of words and courage, my friend a Hindu, who is
given her life in the service of the divine and is with me working for no money rather simply the love towards the divine.

My mother is the first disciple initiated in the school of confused thought. Angel's healing, crystal healing, reikhi to chakra healing is been an attribute. Which is the Silsila that God is been guiding in the
direction of me? The vast comprehension from all religious origin. And yet not accomplished the academic title course in Gods University.

Black Magic is the use of energy in a negative manner by some evil 

humans.The aim of the energy is to harm another human being or destroy 

the peace and life of another. This will influence the effected person 

to think wrong and do negative actions as its the dark energy or the 

evil spirits which controls the human mind.

Black magic can be used to harm or hurt people by performing rituals 

anywhere in the world – the effect of this ritual can be felt many 

thousands of miles away. With increase of jealousy, frustration, 

greed, selfishness, negativity and inability to accept others 

happiness and growth, the use of black magic has become the most 

common way to harm and hurt people. This problem has intensified a lot 

in the last few years, and many are suffering all over the world, 

totally unaware of the attacks made by no other than their closest 

friends, acquaintances and relatives. Many prosperous and happy 

families are ruined by black magic.

Symptoms of Black Magic

It blocks the persons wisdom and intelligence . the mind is blocked 

towards looking at a problem towards solving. One feels a mental 

block, gets disturbed sleep with bad dreams, and negative thoughts. 

The person might do something or go through many actions and couldn’t 

understand their own actions. They will get angry without reason or 

justifications with people they love and care for.

These people on whom the black magic spell is put will feel that they 

are not getting their due and can achieve much more. They will feel 

suffocated and restless in all circumstances. They are never at peace 

and they will remain depressed, with lack of enthusiasm or desire to 

live and succeed in life. Black magic can really play havoc with the 

life of the target person by destroying any aspect of life may it be 

career/business or wealth/prosperity, creating family problems or 

unnecessary tensions/phobias, adversely affecting children & family, 

creating chronic health problems, destroying mental peace, 

intelligence & happiness, cause inner turmoil, unrest & 

uncharacteristic/abnormal behavior and even cause unnatural deaths in 

extreme circumstances.

Black magic not only affects the circumstances and future prospects of 

a person, but also deprives him materially of everything he was 

destined for, but also affects the psyche of the victim in such a way 

that he loses the willpower and mental energy to get out of the dark 

situation he is in, and has no desire to live or succeed in life.

The effects of black magic become more chronic, dangerous and fatal 

with time, if untreated, like a horrible disease. It starts spreading 

like a contagious disease, affecting the person’s mind, brain, body, 

relationships, attitudes, work, money, marriage, career and everything 

in life. But to remove the spell and eliminate it’s sinister effects 

needs a lot of patience, continuous & rigorous worship / service 

towards God and reach out to the right person to help you out. Its a 

hard situation as the right one looks wrong to the victim and he is in 

the company of the ones who have performed it on him or her. Thus the 

individual is completely brainwashed and does not agree to reason out 

with anyone who is willing to help. your loved one is your enemy and 

the killer to the one effected. We cannot blame the person as these 

are beyond his control. . Prayers help you to protect you from black 

magic, enemies and solves all the problem.

Q. What is the reality of black magic? Does it really have any effect 

on people? Many people resort to the use of talismans/amulets to 

counter the effects of the black magic. Is this allowed and does it 

have any effect?

In arabic Sihr ( black magic) is a reality. In this world of cause and 

effect, God has placed various effects in various things. The effects 

become apparent only with the will of God. Hence just as poison has 

the effect of killing, and the antidote of the poison has the 

consequence of countering its effects, so too does sihr have its 

effect. At times the effects become apparent upon the person who is 

afflicted and at times he suffers absolutely no harm. However to 

practice sihr is totally forbidden and a major sin. If a person 

regards this practice as permissible, it results in kufr (the 

rejection and denial of God and His messages).

To counter these effects one should resort to the recitation of 

various verses of the Qur’an, such as Surah al-Falaq (The Daybreak) 

and Surah an-Nas (Mankind). The use of ta’weez is simply a form of 

treatment and a type of alternative medicine. It is thus allowed to 

resort to it with the following conditions:

1. Its use is for some permissible purpose (eg. to treat an ailment, 

etc.), not for anything impermissible (eg. to cause harm to anyone). 

2. No words of kufr or shirk (worshipping other than God), must be 

written therein. 

3. The ta’weez must not be regarded as having any independent effect. 

Rather, its benefit is only with the will of God as is the case with 

any other form of medication.

At times people under the effects of sihr utter various things in a 

trance-like state. To believe any such utterance, or to act upon what 

was heard, is totally forbidden since such statements are devoid of 

any truth. To harbor suspicion or level accusations against people on 

the basis of such utterances is tantamount to slander.

While sihr and its like is a reality and many are truly afflicted by 

it, it is often made a scapegoat, even where it does not exist, for 

every trivial thing. It becomes a means of creating baseless suspicion 

and breeding totally unfounded doubts on innocent people. One should 

refrain from heaping the blame of every little thing on sihr. Instead 

one should ponder and contemplate over the true reason of these 

problems. Many problems are the direct result of our sins. 

Furthermore, the home wherein there is no prayers, dhikr(remembrance 

of God), etc. will naturally be devoid of baraka (divine blessings).

One more aspect in this regard needs to be rectified. Many people have 

more trust upon the ta’weez than they have upon du’a (act of 

supplication to God). The ta’weez is merely a form of permissible 

treatment (with the aforementioned conditions) whereas du’a is the 

very essence of worship, a strong sign of faith in God when one call 

out to Him for help/advise, etc. One should therefore have greater 

conviction in du’a. One should acquaint oneself with the aspects that 

enhance the acceptability of dua and adopt them while at the same time 

totally refrain from all such things that become an obstacle for the 

acceptance of du’as.

The same is the case with exorcists (those who treat people afflicted 

by sihr, etc.). Having the ability to treat people by means of 

ta’weez, etc. is not directly linked to being pious or spiritual. Just 

as there are pious doctors as well as the atheists, likewise there are 

some very pious and saintly exorcists and many extremely unscrupulous 

ones also. If one requires the treatment of an exorcist, one should be 

careful in one’s choice. At the same time the exorcist should not be 

regarded as anything more than a doctor. Neither can he cure one nor 

does he know the unseen. The shifa (cure) comes only from God.

Interfaith Harmony - Conference Srinagar 2010

Asian Interfaith Consultation and Temple of Understanding India chapter organised a three-day programme celebrating its 50th anniversary at Delhi Public School here.

“The interests of SAARC are definitely bound together,” said Dr. Karan Singh. "We have to strive for translating the dream of European Union for SAARC."

The consultation programme was attended by representatives from Muslim, Christian, Hindu, Buddhist, Jain, Bahai religions who started the programme with inter-faith prayers.

Speaking on inter-faith dialogue and culture, Vice Chancellor of Islamic University of Science and Technology, Sidiq Wahid said: "We all have to concentrate on our own religions and understand the message in real senses. It will ultimately lead to inter-faith harmony as all threads are tied to one pivot."

Vice Chancellor of Jammu University Varun Sahani deliberated on the importance of recognising the importance of fellow beings. "We have to understand the worth of others. Words like Jehad used commonly without putting it in context have harmed the Muslim community and thus proved disastrous. We have to work in this direction."

President of Inter-faith Foundation India M M Verma stressed on the need to use the power of religion to strengthen peace at the global level.

The speakers during the programme also deliberated on inter-faith dialogue vis-à-vis environment and felt the need of involving the younger generation in all endeavours in this direction.

Pro-vice Chairperson of DPS Vijay Dhar presided over the last session and members later formulated a set of recommendations to pursue in the future.

Concept of Being

Emptiness is not a theory, rather a ladder that reaches out into the infinite. A ladder which cannot be discussed, but to be climbed.... It is a practical concept, and it embodies an aspiration, not a view. Its only use is to help us to get rid of this world and of the ignorance which binds us to it as it has not one meaning, but several, which can unfold themselves on the successive stages of the actual process of transcending the world through wisdom. Not everyone, is meant to understand what the state of emptiness means. However Ultimate Reality is a mystery, which cannot be defined by form or a concept of being. As we are aware God is beyond any human concept, hidden, and enigmatic

 If only one would realize it, one's daily living is never more than a continuous choosing, comparing and judging, blaming and praising - hardly ever mere witnessing and accepting. How can there ever be peace and harmony in our daily living?

The Chanting of Mantras in Islam

Did you know that certain chant that creates positive vibrations within, is precisely what mantras are all about. This day being the one who has gone thru the scriptures of various Religion, with knowledge of the Quran, Bible and the Vedas I have truly come to know the truth of all our existence. This knowledge has enlightened me towards a higher spiritual level of understanding . Today lets understand what is Islamic Mantras ? Does this exist ? 

However, mantras are associated with Hinduism. Not most of us are aware that chanting of mantras is not just in Hinduism but also spread in other religions too. Islam, for one, greatly stresses on chanting of mantras to attain prosperity, wealth, health and peace of mind.

In Islam, there are 99 names through which Allah [God] is recognised. Reciting various names, as mantras, is believed to be the best way to attain spiritual growth, satisfaction, purification and rejuvenation.

The term "mantra" is derived from two Sanskrit words, man and tra which mean mind and freedom respectively. Therefore, in the literal sense, “mantra” signifies freeing oneself from the mind. Being an effective tool, chanting of mantras eventually liberates an individual from the countless hassles of life, accelerates the healing process, relaxes and assists in making optimal use of the mind too. Truly a mystical experience, mantras help in bringing the body, mind and soul in tune with each other. Moreover, it is a unique therapy though which a person can feel one with the Supreme God.


An enriched mind devoid of tension and anxieties decides the quality of life. Everyday chanting, prayer or meditation, helps surmount psychological disturbances, uneasiness and senseless rage. The purpose of mantras is to train the mind to become more adaptable and less vulnerable. Additionally, regular chanting also balances both sides of the brain and augments intuition too. Thus, along with tranquillity, a state of harmony and infinite bliss can be achieved.

How does it work?.............................Our body is made up of vibrating energies and is comprised of cells that move in unison. When the natural movement and rhythm of these cells is disturbed; diseases and disorders crop up. Our cells respond to the chant [sound] within our bodies and vibrate to restore the harmony back. It also resonates with the chakra system, activates the flow of subtle energies, uplifts mood, balances the mind and, in effect, leads to a state of blissful joy.

Yet, most people complain that even after spending years of chanting mantras, they fail to develop an inner core of practice, or any sort of experience. If one recites them without understanding, in a parrot-like pattern or with no devotion to God, it is probable the chant won't have any affect!

Chanting mantras, according to Islamic belief, is a path through which one can cultivate intimate relations with Allah [the Divine]. Therefore, the greater your faith in Him, the more powerful and enhanced your mantra-repetition becomes. it can be accomplished with understanding, feeling, love and full concentration.

Useful Islamic chants - From overcoming difficulties to ward off calamities to attaining peace of mind and honour - there's a chant for everything found in Islamic books. Typically, recited as duas [prayers] these chants act as an invocation to Allah and open the doors to blessings though which recovery, healing and progression manifest. Though chanted primarily in the Arabic language, these can be translated and used accordingly.

Allahu Akbar [God is great]

Ya Salaam. With its recital, we get connected with ourselves and the Divine, so its quite powerful and effective. The purpose of reciting this is mainly to gain peace of mind. It is recommended for those who get stressed easily due to various pressures.

Bismillah Al-Rahman, Al-Rahim [In the name of Allah, the most compassionate, the most merciful]. A powerful chant, it acknowledges, and thanks the Lord for His constant pouring of Divine Love

Ya Ali Madad. “Imam Ali” is the 1st Imam out of the other 12. He is one who is greatly respected. His name is chanted often but mostly during times of pain and trouble; this is recited to call upon his help n blessings. to follow the true path.

Allaahumma Innee As a Luka BI-Ismika. “Allah, I beseech Thee in Thy name.” A great mantra to seek forgiveness.


Mantras are spiritual "formulae" that aid the person to release or "let go" of the self and conquer heavenly ecstasy and satisfaction. Recital of mantras not only produces vibrations within oneself, but also fills the surrounding atmosphere with positive energy. Its force and effect, however, largely depend on the faith, attitude and concentration of the individual. If conducted with full sincerity, mantras help us connect with our inner self and personality. And, while we're meditating on that one phrase and analysing the deep shades within us, a state of happiness and serenity is felt. In time, mantras assist in uniting us with our real soul.

Chanting mantras is all about devoting our mind towards a single chant, a significant effect on the brain is observed. Everyday recitation leads to sharper memory and enhanced concentration levels. Gradually the confidence builds up and becomes positively charged from within, thus protects us from the negative energy too.

Intense feeling of calm and silence is felt through mantras. Since chanting leaves us more energised and fills us with fresh prana [life force], the process of healing is accelerated.

Chanting of mantras is a tool through which a follower can stay unified with the Lord. They are prayers that invoke the blessings of the Almighty and help us lead a peacefully gratifying life. Chanting of mantras is not merely a continuous process of repeating words, it is an effective tool to awaken our senses and connect with Divine Energy.

Great service of Quran and Holy Prophet -

Colour in Arabic: 

One powerful evidence of the truth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad, and of the perfection of his mission, is that his language is one of the most comprehensive of the languages of the world. The German Professor Krenko has written of the Arabic language that "the limits of its vastness are known to none but the angels". The Arabs were surrounded by the civilizations of the Hebrews, Persians, Chaldeans and Egyptians. Now bearing in mind the maxim that "knowledge and reason not only bring material progress to a nation but also add to its language a wealth of words", the languages of these civilized nations should have been much more comprehensive and wide-ranging than Arabic. However, it is puzzling for linguistic experts to find that, as compared with the tongues of these civilized nations, the language of the Arabs is far richer.

Besides this, the essential principle of evolution, that everything is a product of its environment, seems to be violated by the Arabic language, the Holy Prophet Muhammad, and the Holy Quran. The fact that Arabic is unequalled by its neighbouring languages in breadth of vocabulary, and that the Holy Prophet Muhammad, arising in a land of illiterate people, excelled all the prophets in the wisdom he taught and the book he brought -- this is a miracle which cannot be explained by the laws of evolution. Those principles do apply in every type of creation in nature; however, matters which do not belong to the domain of creation (khalq) but to the domain of Divine command (amr), must not be considered as products or results of evolution but rather they are the creators and causes of evolution. Divine revelation and prophethood were never products of their environment. This is a powerful argument on the existence of God. The Holy Quran says: 

"Surely His is the creation (khalq) and the command (amr)." (7:54)

The meaning is that wherever He wishes He creates according to the law of evolution, and wherever He wishes He breaks this rule by His command.

As evidence of this, just consider the Arabic language. The languages of the neighbouring countries, such as Hebrew, Chaldean, Persian and Egyptian, are dumb in respect of colour. The Arabs called all languages other than their own as 'ajmi(dumb) not out of prejudice, but because they found that these languages, as compared to their own, were incapable of expressing the finer and higher thoughts of mankind. The civilizations of those nations may have been magnificent and ancient, but even the Greek philosopher Aristotle, despite the perfection of his knowledge and his intellectual language, knew of no more than three colours. Sir Isaac Newton, as late as the seventeenth century, revealed the existence of only seven colours. But the Arabic language has since ancient times possessed a vast stock of words to describe colours. The verse under discussion succinctly refers to this in the words: "streaks, white and red, of different colours."

"Do you not see that Allah sends down from the clouds water, then brings forth with it fruits of different kinds (or colours). And in the mountains there are streaks, white and red, of different colours, and others intensely black. And of people and animals and cattle there are different colours likewise. Only those of His servants fear Allah who possess knowledge." -- Holy Quran 35:27-28.

The Arabic language has since ancient times possessed a vast stock of words to describe colours. The verse under discussion succinctly refers to this in the words "streaks, white and red, of different colours, and others intensely black". It says that there are innumerable streaks of white and red, and then countless colours from these two. From the dim light of the stars in a dark night to the brightness of mid-day there are numerous degrees of whiteness, which increases moment by moment. All this is encompassed by the words "white streaks" and "different colours".

In the first place, the word baid ("white") is plural, meaning that there are countless degrees of whiteness. Then by using the pronoun ha ("its") in the words mukhtalif-an alwanu-ha (lit. its different colours), it is indicated that all the colours are included in white, and that they reach an end with humr, i.e. the red-most colour which comes at the end of the series of colours. After this is mentioned gharabib sud, "intensely black", which is not a colour but is the absence and disappearance of colour. This is the sum and substance of the modern research about colour, though thousands of pages can be written in fuller and further explanation.

The Holy Quran has laid the world under a debt of gratitude by teaching that the value and excellence of a man is not related to his physical colour but to the colour of the Divine light and attributes within him. While explaining the nature of colours in the verses being discussed here, the Quran says: 

"And of people and animals and cattle there are different colours likewise."

Are not asses, oxen, and even stones of white and red colour? Are there not among the white nations people who are stupid, unwise and of bad character? An ass still remains an ass even though it may be white in colour, and a man being white can still be an ass.

To draw a distinction between white and black, and to rob non-white nations of their rights, is another kind of blindness of colour. It was because of this likeness that the dajjal is described in the prophecies as blind in one eye. As regards scientific discoveries and knowledge of the physical world, his sight is very bright, but from the spiritual and moral view-point these nations are blind of colour. During the last world war it was emphasised with great force that the Nazis despised the non-white nations and were proud of their Aryan blood and white colour. However, this evil was not just limited to the Nazis among the German people but is an illness spread among other European nations as well.

Mental & Spiritual Colour Blindness: It has been explained earlier that the advancement of man's knowledge of colours has been painfully slow. Greece was the cradle of philosophy and learning, and yet a philosopher like Aristotle knew of no more than three colours. The Chinese excelled in art, but their knowledge of colour too was deficient. In the Vedas of the Hindus there is no distinction between green and yellow, or black and blue. Hundreds of mantras of the Vedas refer to the sky, but its colour is not described as blue. The blackness of smoke is referred to by the word for blue, and it is clear that in the Vedas there is no distinction between the black and blue colours.

There is another sense in which the Vedas mention colour, which we deal with now. It is acknowledged that the number of colour-blind people in the world is only a few per million, but there are untold numbers of those who are mentally colour-blind. Almost the whole of the West and the Hindu Aryas are colour-blind in a spiritual sense. These nations consider the physical colour of human beings, white or black, as the criterion for superiority or inferiority of nations and castes, whereas the apparent colour of a man is not any indication of how good or bad he is.

The word for colour in the language of the Vedas is varn, but it is also used to mean caste. The word varn is really derived from the Arabic word laun (colour). The letter lam of the Semitic languages often gets changed into the letter r of the Aryan languages. Hundreds of words of Sanskrit are derived from Arabic words. Superiority of colour is so important with the Hindu nation that all its sacred literature, from the Vedas to the Shastras, is full of its mention. For example:

1. varn ja -- from the same caste, or of the same colour.
2. varn jayanas -- superior by caste, or of a good colour.
3. varn tava -- of another caste, or another colour.
4. varn dharm -- occupation of one's own caste.
5. varn vostha -- caste division.
6. varn dev -- god of one's caste, Agni of the Brahmins, Indra of the Kashtaris, Vishva deva of the Vesh.
7. varn samyog -- marriage in one's own caste.
8. varn sansarg -- marriage in another caste, or forbidden marriage.

Several other such examples of the use of the word for colour meaning caste can be given.

Likewise in the mantras of the Vedas, white colour of skin is considered superior and dark colour is treated with scorn and contempt. In the Rig Veda a distinction is made between the colour of the Aryas which is described as white, and the colour of the reviled enemies the Dasyus which is black. Non-Aryas are referred to as the black caste or as those with black genitals, (Rig Veda, mandal 2, sukt 20, mantra 7.) and it is said that they should be killed by the god Indra.(Rig Veda, mandal 1,sukt 130, mantra 8.)

Heart-pounding excitement as  No words  can express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the overwhelming support and kindness everybody showed to me. I was deeply touched with this outpouring of love  by the community which i did not really realize until this day. Knowing you cared  Made me feel I am not alone and the problem was not my focus. Your concern this day Taught me what God meant By "when one door closes another door opens". And I saw  that in many of my friends and well wishers..

Emotional Abuse or Verbal Abuse

I had a day tripper from Mumbai, who came to Ajmer Shariff, and as well to meet me. I was very touched to connect to a lady who arrived all the way from Mumbai with a box of Aflatoon sweets. Thou I am not very celebrated on sweets, yet the gesture was truly appreciated.

As we sat down to talk on her concerns, gradually the subject went with respect to the women's issues in the country. I was glad to know that she was a solicitor in the Family Court, Mumbai. .

Her stories within the family court room refreshed one's memory  of the film " Damini" the heroine of the film in a quest for fairness fights against the family of her spouse and eventually  lands in a mental asylum.

The Solicitor narrated to me that these incidents are  very common in the society. The violence on women is a major concern among all class. Bride burning, committing suicide, accusations, character abuse, marital rape, and when all efforts fails the groom does not hesitate to get a certificate from a doctor that the woman is mentally sick and produces in court. In the past some women have unfortunately landed in such situations due to fake certificates. However now the law is very stringent towards the protection of women and their rights. The days of producing certificates to prove the woman as mentally sick is no more a easy escape for the man. Its time to know these are now ancient trick in the book. One must not land himself in the mental asylum in the quest to nail another falsely.

Emotional Abuse is also another form of Domestic Violence. Emotional abuse is used to control, degrade, humiliate and punish a spouse. While emotional abuse differs from physical abuse, the end result is the same…a spouse becomes fearful of their partner and begins to change their behaviors to keep their partner happy. The happier their partner, the less domestic violence the spouse has to suffer. By the time a woman identifies the true problem they have begun to feel as if they are crazy. They will doubt themselves and their own sense of reality because emotional abuse is meant to cause the victim to question their every thought and behavior. 

Some common tactics an emotional abuser will use : 

Isolating a woman  from friends and family. 

Discourage any independent activities such as work; taking classes or activities with friends. 

Accuse her of being unfaithful if she talks to a member of the opposite sex. 

Expect her to partake in sexual activities that she is uncomfortable with to prove their love. Or, withhold sex as punishment instead of communicating openly their displeasure. 

Constantly criticize the spouses weight, their looks, they way they dress. 

If the spouse does not give into the control they are threatened, harassed, punished and intimidated by the abuser.

Any abuse is crippling. It steals a person of their self-esteem, the ability to think rationally, self confidence in themselves and their independence .If your spouse’s words and behaviors has caused any of these  feelings it is time to seek help.

Physical abuse is easily identified. There is no doubt, once you have been hit, its clear you have been abused  because the bruises and scars are visible evidence that abuse has taken place. Emotional and Verbal abuse is different. The damage is internal, there are no physical bruises or scars, just a WOUNDED SPIRIT  and sense of self-esteem.

Being called names by your spouse  is unacceptable.  There are names that are obvious and, without question abusive. Then there are the veiled attempts to put a spouse down that are harder to identify. Verbal abusers love to use constructive criticism to beat a spouse down. If your spouse is constantly criticizing you, “for your own good,” be careful. This is the most insidious form of verbal abuse. Another common method is 

Using words to shame. Critical, sarcastic, mocking words meant to put you down either alone or in front of other people. 

Yelling, swearing and screaming. or provoking you to do the alike , Using threats to intimidate. No threat should be taken likely, even if your spouse tells you they are only joking, especially if it causes you to change behaviors or to feel on guard in the relationship.

Blaming the victim. Your spouse blows his top and then blames you for their actions and behavior. The common statement here " If you were only perfect he wouldn’t lose control! Its all your fault "...

Your feelings are dismissed. Your spouse refuses to discuss issues that upset you. They avoid discussion of any topic where they might have to take responsibility for their actions or words.

You often wonder why you feel so bad. You bury your feelings,  and work so hard at keeping the peace that every day becomes an emotional chore. You feel depressed and have even wondered if you are crazy.

Manipulating your actions. The persistent and intense use of threatening words to get you to do something or act in a way you find uncomfortable. This form of verbal abuse is common at the end of a marriage. If your spouse doesn’t want a divorce they will say whatever it takes to play on your emotions, to get you to stay in the marriage or the divorce to be from your end. . All in an attempt to get you to comply with their desires, regardless of what is best for you as an individual.

The Law http://www.vakilno1.com/bareacts/Domestic-Violence/s5.htm towards  protecting  women is very strong in our country. There is no escape for such harassment on dowry or with motives. Another trend is provoking the woman by abusing her with names constantly, mentally harrowing her to the extent that she would be driven to commit suicide.  If any death of a woman within seven years of tier marriage in any circumstances raising a reasonable suspicion that some other person committed an offence in relation to such woman there will be a inquiry by the 

Magistrates who are empowered to hold inquests, namely, any District Magistrate or Sub-divisional Magistrate and any other Executive Magistrate specially empowered in this behalf' by the State Government or the District Magistrate. (

I was horrified to know that such things still exist in our society. Education has not changed the mindset of few individuals. Instead of making all efforts to make ones marriage rock, the desire for more dowry or materialism makes them a criminal. Is human life of any value ? can anyone be so brutal and conniving to kill another life ? Is love momentary or was it all about money. What is the reality behind the many unfolded truth in many homes where a woman lives in silence within the confined walls of harassment. This is a serious issue  and we must  eliminate such criminals from ruining the lives of many innocent women.

A woman gets into marital bliss with dreams of love and future. She leaves her family behind to adjust into her new life. The love and support of her husband and in laws can make her life fulfilling. treating her like a maid or a financial institution or a doormat or a sex slave is not what she has desired. Women suffer in silence for the fear of society, family and varied reasons.

 Hence the suffering brings them the loss of their life. The man gets the freedom to ruin another blameless girl and the family of the deceased have lost their most cherished   in a bid to keep the respect in society and the stigma of a divorce. Is Divorce a social stigma ? Does this mean for fear of society one loses her existence ? Is this justice ? What is the solution ? How can we as a community help such women ?

There are many such organisations who are here to rescue women in similar situations. Help is attainable. Fight prejudice.  Take back your power. If you react to the abuser, you are rewarding them. Letting them know they have power over your emotions. Don’t allow the abuser to have control over how you feel. There are times when the best thing you can do for yourself is, break all ties with your abuser. If you make this decision hire an attorney familiar with domestic violence, stay in close contact with your support system and focus on  coping skills.

Important Message

Friends, Kindly know that there is someone out here who is been writing to all my friends and welwishers  with fake ids on facebook and emails maligning me. The person is been constantly writing to most of them who are closely associated with various names like ram kumar das, shalini and so on... they have also the support of the few who do not personally like me... little do these know that in the event of any damage to my life it will be investigated. My request to those is plz do not involve in such mess.

Kindly do not go by the messages as its a plot by some miscreants who wish to eliminate me as they have been constantly threatening me and my family of dire consequences if I do not leave Ajmer City and stop the visits to Dargah. Further threatening me to stop healing if not they would finish my existence here. This is a threat which is been there for the last 6 months and now in the last one month is been increasing. I am being harassed day in and day out. There is too much pressure on me to leave Ajmer Shariff. 

Kindly pray for me and my family. And do not believe any baseless stories which is simply to misguide the public.

All I need is prayers as I am of the believe that life and death is in Gods hand. If you hate me too kindly be away as its better in your interest.
